The first 15 minutes are about understanding your business. Your current systems, your goals, what is working, what is not. No software walkthroughs until we actually know what you need.

If we are the right fit, we will tell you exactly why and how we would approach it. If we are not, we will point you somewhere better. Either way, you leave with a clearer path forward.

No high-pressure closing tactics. No "sign today or lose the deal" nonsense. We want clients who are confident in their decision, which means giving you the space to make one.

Nope. Just show up. We will ask you questions about your business to understand where you are today. If it helps, think about what your biggest operational headaches are right now and what your growth goals are for the next 12 months. But we can work through all of that together on the call.
No. If we think we can help your business, we will tell you how. You will then have all the information you need to decide on your own timeline. We have never, and will never, use high-pressure sales tactics. It is not how we do business.
Great, most people are not. The call is still worth your 30 minutes because you will leave with real insight into what could move your business forward, whether we are part of that or not. When the time is right, you will know where to find us.
We will tell you directly. We work best with service businesses between $200K and $1M in revenue who are ready to invest in real systems. If your situation calls for something different, we will say so and point you toward a better option. We would rather earn the right clients than fill seats with the wrong ones.
You will get an instant confirmation email with your call details and a Zoom link. A calendar invite will be added automatically. We will send a short reminder the day before, and that is it. Show up at the scheduled time and we will take it from there.
